WBI Holdings can trace its roots to the 1920s and has long been a part of MDU Resources Group family of companies. A broad corporate realignment occurred in 1985 and was the genesis of what today is WBI Holdings.

WBI Holdings provides administrative services to all its business units including human resources, financial and general accounting, business development, information technology, safety and environmental affairs, and executive management. WBI Holdings’ headquarters is in Bismarck, N.D.
