The companies also provide energy-related management and marketing services along with cathodic protection services.  Activities include the development and operation of natural gas and oil production properties, acquisition of producing properties and exploratory drilling. The company shares revenues and expenses from the development of specified properties in proportion to its ownership interests and operates primarily in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent/Gulf State regions.
